Copart is hiring a Lender Services - Office Manager to oversee the Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling functions of our Loan Payoff Operations department. In this remote role, you will lead a large team to meet budget, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals, fostering a customer-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of a diverse and high-performing team.
- Create a highly engaged team environment that drives execution, innovation, and productivity.
- Manage a virtual call-center environment handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Proactively oversee team performance, identify opportunities, and take appropriate action.
- Set goals and ensure employees have the tools needed for success.
- Escalate any concerns that could impact the department, employees, or customers.
- Hold staff accountable with unbiased fairness to drive performance.
- Operate with a high level of integrity in all interactions and decisions.
- Embody the company's mission, vision, values, and culture.
- Maintain compliance with System Quality Reviews and Field Quality Reviews.
- Manage the team with an innovative, creative, and inspirational leadership style.
- Communicate professionally with all levels of leadership, both written and verbal.
- Be prepared to support local or non-local CAT events throughout the year.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Operations Manager or upper management.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of one year experience in a management or leadership role.
- Ability to solve complex problems using strong analytical skills.
- Ability to develop, recommend, and implement continuous process improvement plans.
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle title processing and state requirements.
- Experience managing fully remote or hybrid teams.
- Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Minimum of one year of call center experience.
- Experience working with financial institutions.
- Ability to accurately and quickly generate and assess reporting data.
- Successfully leading large teams of up to 100+ employees, including hourly and salaried staff.
- Bi-lingual language skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in an associated field.
