Donaldson Company is hiring a Legal Research Intern to join its Global Customer Operations team. In this remote role, you will receive product and tool training to conduct legal research and provide customer support via Live Support, resolving inquiries about usability and research.
What You'll Do
- Conduct legal research and provide solutions to customers via Live Support chat.
- Maintain confidentiality and the sensitivity of information from customer conversations.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Understand customer pain points and provide an effortless customer experience.
- Use scripted messages appropriately and timely.
- Create meaningful connections with customers and offer additional products or services when applicable.
What We're Looking For
- A currently enrolled student pursuing a Juris Doctorate program. 1L, 2L, or 3L law students are eligible.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 40 wpm and 85% accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a rapidly moving setting.
- Empathetic and understanding of customer needs.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to offer value-added services to customers.
- Detail-oriented with close attention to accuracy and quality of work.
- Self-driven and open to receiving and applying constructive feedback.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to document findings and share ideas clearly.

You will be part of the Global Customer Operations team.
