Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end legal staffing recruitment
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring attorneys
- Draft and post job descriptions on legal job boards
- Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring pipeline
- Support onboarding for newly hired legal staff
- Handle confidential personnel and client information securely
- Assist with calendar management for recruitment team members
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and performance metrics
- Respond to recruitment inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain compliance with employment regulations
- Organize virtual interview logistics
- Track candidate progress through applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with legal team on hiring priorities
- Update internal documentation for hiring procedures
- Assist with reference and background checks
- Coordinate travel arrangements for in-person interviews when needed
- Manage communication between candidates and legal staff
- Ensure timely follow-up at all stages of recruitment
Nice to Have
