Responsibilities

- Translate customer requirements into viable technical implementations
- Respond to security and compliance inquiries from enterprise stakeholders
- Support the sales process with architectural guidance and solution design
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and market insights
- Assist in crafting responses to complex RFPs and technical questionnaires
- Maintain fluency in evolving product features and platform updates
- Drive technical discussions with IT decision-makers and engineering teams
- Evaluate customer environments to recommend optimal deployment strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Identify technical blockers and propose alternatives to advance deals
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources for technical sales enablement
- Stay current with industry trends in containerization and developer tools
