Paired is looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to join a U.S.-based law firm. This remote position is crucial for ensuring an efficient and effective intake process for potential clients.
What You'll Do
- Handle initial client inquiries, providing information about legal services offered.
- Conduct thorough interviews with potential clients to gather crucial information regarding their legal needs.
- Evaluate and assess the viability of cases based on established criteria.
- Coordinate consultations between clients and attorneys, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and intake information.
- Support the legal team by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
