Responsibilities
- Being an expert for all legal questions and managing interactions and communicating with external and internal stakeholders
- Designing, reviewing and negotiating contracts for customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Keeping up-to-date with regulatory development of e-Invoicing globally
- Develop and conduct internal training
Requirements
- An Austrian or German law degree
- Profound experience in a law firm or an internal legal department
- A very good command of written and spoken German and English

- A proactive approach to work and a high level of commitment
- A high affinity for the IT industry and an interest in IT law
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new legal fields (e.g. e-Invoicing)

Additional Information
- The minimum salary for this position is 65,000€ with possibility of overpayment based on experience
