Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters

- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Provide legal guidance on data privacy and cybersecurity issues
- Interpret laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess legal risks
- Manage intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks and copyrights
- Oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Develop and deliver legal training to internal stakeholders
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations
- Assist in the development of company policies and procedures
- Represent the organization in discussions with external partners
- Maintain legal documentation and contract management systems
- Support international business expansion with legal insights
