What You'll Do
- Provide daily legal support and Q&A to the company.
- Review and manage all contract-related documents.
- Maintain company compliance and licenses.
- Handle claims and provide support for lawsuits.
- Draft and review business-related legal documents.
- Conduct legal information and resource research, present alerts.
- Coordinate with external counsels.
