KBC Group is looking for a Legal Advisor for Credit Collections to manage the recuperation of corporate credits after they are called-in by the bank or become payable due to bankruptcy. You will tackle complex recovery challenges within a structured financial environment.
What You'll Do
- Recuperate called-in corporate credits following termination or bankruptcy events.
- Manage complex collection dossiers from analysis through to resolution.
- Analyze individual cases, negotiate settlements, and build bridges to achieve recovery.
