CSC Management is looking for a driven and outgoing Leasing Agent in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will be a key player in our marketing efforts, leading property tours and securing leases while earning bonuses for your success.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in all resident and prospect interactions.
- Greet, qualify, and understand prospective residents, professionally presenting the community and specific apartments.
- Perform daily inspections of models and ready-to-rent apartments to ensure cleanliness.
- Answer all incoming calls, handling prospect inquiries, resident requests, and transferring calls appropriately.
- Complete all lease applications, paperwork, and verifications per company policy.
- Perform outreach marketing and maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
- Accept rent payments, provide receipts, and ensure accurate handling of all financial transactions.
- Track all prospect interactions using Guest Cards, send thank-you notes, and perform diligent follow-up.
- Enter daily phone and walk-in traffic data into the computer system.
- Physically inspect the property grounds, reporting service needs and ensuring overall presentation.
- Organize and file reports, leases, and paperwork daily, and assist in preparing weekly reports.
- Accompany outside vendors on service calls for occupied apartments when necessary.
- Attend company meetings and document all resident communication in conversation logs.
What We're Looking For
- Awareness of the rental landscape in El Paso, TX.
- Proficient knowledge and willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, and online databases like Entrata.
- Ability to stand, walk, and tour units for an extended period of time.
Nice to Have
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate, marketing, or sales.
