Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst - Finance Management to oversee all aspects of Lease Administration, including lease abstraction, quality review, and portfolio management. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate accounting of client data records, rent processing, and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and update the real estate lease database by recording changes such as new leases, amendments, terminations, and property transactions, ensuring data is current and quality-checked.
• Extract and input critical lease data into client-specific systems, following established protocols and standards.
• Conduct quality reviews of lease abstractions, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure data aligns with client standards.
• Process accurate and timely rent and additional rent payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of standard and ad hoc financial reports.
• Review business terms in legal documents, assist with legal coordination, and ensure accurate reflection of terms.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry with a clear understanding of commercial lease terms.
• Proven experience in financial management, including handling invoices, billing, and payments.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; must be able to engage effectively in a matrix organization.
• Critical and analytical thinking skills are key to success.
