Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Lease Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our lease databases, ensuring accurate portfolio information, and performing essential administrative tasks. You will be a key contact for both clients and other internal JLL teams, contributing directly to our operational success.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support including document, scan, and letter collection
- Track documents and invoices using appropriate tools
- Upload documents and invoices into designated systems like the central database, local drives, or SharePoint
- Perform database updates and clean-ups based on specific instructions
What We're Looking For
- Very good command of English and another European language (such as German)
- Availability for at least 25-30 hours per week
- Strong attention to detail with a clear and precise thinking style
- Proficient skills in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel
Nice to Have
- Some experience in database management would be a strong asset
Technical Stack
