Correlation One is hiring a Learning Designer to create user-centered learning experiences that empower professionals with data and AI skills. You will design and develop training workshops and programs for learners at all levels, from individual contributors to executives, blending expertise in adult learning with practical co-design principles.
What You'll Do
- Define learning objectives based on client needs, create course outlines, and design content and activities aligned with those objectives.
- Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI.
- Manage content development for programs from inception to completion, defining objectives and timelines.
- Set up mechanisms to track and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ strategic direction and translate their needs into curriculum requirements.
- Collaborate with experts and account managers to ensure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback loops.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices for online learning design and present innovative solutions.
- Bring a content and learning perspective to decision making, weighing pros and cons based on learning experience and program goals.
- Provide recommendations for content delivery methods based on learner profile, client goals, and subject matter.
- Develop and grow knowledge of the EdTech and corporate learning landscape.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years experience in a Learning or Instructional Designer role.
- Experience executing projects that align with company and client goals, with a strong understanding of how projects impact priorities.
- Comfortable designing corporate training for AI and AI-adjacent technical topics.
- Expertise in designing courses for online learning, both synchronous and asynchronous.
- Comfortable with quick pivots and operating with some ambiguity; seeks clarity through thoughtful communication.
- Data-driven and results-oriented.
- Biased for action and tenacious.
- Collaborative spirit, proactive in reaching out to people and keeping them informed.
- Self-sufficient in determining appropriate channels for communication and collaboration.
- Self-aware and able to learn and grow from outcomes that did not meet expectations.
- Comfortable and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Superior written communication skills and attention to detail.
