Remote is looking for a Graphic Designer in a contract role focused on bringing campaigns to life. You’ll be execution-focused, producing visual assets across print, out-of-home (OOH), and digital advertising while supporting two distinct brands within the portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce visual assets across digital advertising (paid social, display, email), print ads, event materials, marketing collateral, and out-of-home placements such as billboards and transit ads.
- Execute creative within established brand guidelines for two distinct brands.
- Prepare files for print and OOH production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign development and rollout.
- Apply feedback efficiently and iterate designs to meet legal, compliance, and performance requirements.
- Support conversion-focused design by implementing best practices for clarity, hierarchy, and call-to-action.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and advertising best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising, print, and campaign design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Working knowledge of print and OOH production processes.
- Experience designing for B2C and/or direct-response advertising.
- Ability to work within established brand systems and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in regulated industries (legal, healthcare, finance).
- Experience supporting multiple brands simultaneously.
- Basic motion or animation skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates in the Chicago area are preferred.
