What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad.
- Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions from large amounts of information.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.
- Courage to handle and tackle tough problems daily.
- Excellent command of English/Turkish both written and spoken.
- Clear willingness and potential for learning and development.

- Graduation from a technical high school.
