Relationship Media, LLC is hiring a Leadership Development Executive Partnership (Remote)

About the Role

A strategic partnership for experienced professionals to deliver leadership development solutions using a proven framework, either through a white-label model or referral-based collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to provide leadership training solutions using a proven program framework
  • For Certified Partners: rebrand the full online course with personal logos, emails, and welcome videos
  • For Certified Partners: deliver the customized course to clients and keep a large share of the revenue
  • For Affiliate Partners: introduce high-level contacts such as City Managers, Police/Fire Chiefs, Plant Managers, HR VPs, and Business Owners
  • For Affiliate Partners: earn referral fees when introduced clients enroll in training programs
  • Use personal credibility and relationships to promote the leadership development offering
  • Help bridge the Relationship Gap in the modern workforce by connecting organizations with effective leadership tools

Requirements

  • Possess an established network of professional contacts
  • Be either an independent consultant in HR, organizational development, or leadership, or a retired/semi-retired executive
  • Capable of identifying and engaging decision-makers including City Managers, Police/Fire Chiefs, HR VPs, Business Owners, or Plant Managers

Nice to Have

  • Previously served as a City Manager, Police/Fire Chief, HR Director, or Operations VP
  • Has experience as an independent consultant in leadership, HR, or organizational development
