Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients focused on leadership development
- Use LVI-certified methodologies to assess leadership styles and strengths
- Develop customized coaching plans based on individual client assessments
- Track client progress through defined performance indicators
- Maintain consistent communication with clients between sessions
- Deliver feedback that promotes self-awareness and behavioral change
- Support clients in setting and achieving professional leadership goals
- Apply active listening and inquiry techniques during coaching interactions
- Uphold coaching ethics and confidentiality standards
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain certification relevance
- Collaborate with peer coaches to share best practices
- Adapt coaching approach to diverse cultural and organizational contexts
- Integrate client feedback to refine coaching effectiveness
- Document coaching milestones and outcomes securely
- Encourage client accountability through structured follow-ups
- Identify when additional support resources may benefit a client
- Remain current with leadership development research and trends
- Coach clients across various industries and career stages
- Facilitate mindset shifts that support long-term leadership growth
- Balance directive and non-directive coaching techniques as appropriate
