SAP Software Solutions is looking for a Lead Technical Quality Manager (TQM) for the Utilities industry. You will be a key member of our Customer Success organization, responsible for the overall delivery of Premium Engagement services to customers with Premium Engagement contracts.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Premium Engagement program.
- Support or execute analysis of customer situations and requirements, covering business, IT, architecture, development, and operational topics.
- Support or execute engagement planning, create value propositions, and secure customer alignment.
- Support engagement quality and execution, including governance, escalation management, executive reporting, resource staffing, contract management, and services delivery.
- Execute engineering services for end-to-end projects, covering design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, and workshops.
What We're Looking For
- Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise.
- 10+ years of experience with SAP’s Enterprise Solutions, Industry Solutions, Platform Solutions, SaaS Solutions, or Third-Party Technologies.
- Experience with SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices.
- Proven experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects.
- Background in pre-sales, solutioning, procurement, contract lifecycles, contract renewals, and customer retention.
- Experience working with c-level executives, senior leaders, influencers, and trusted advisors.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s STEM Degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or equivalent technology experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Experience within the Utilities industry is highly desirable.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be based in the USA, close to a major airport. The Central Region is preferred.
