Join GE Vernova as a Lead Technical Support Engineer within our Offshore Wind Turbine Commissioning Team. In this role, you will contribute to the successful commissioning and optimization of offshore wind turbines, providing technical leadership for auxiliary systems and overseeing project execution from manufacturing through site commissioning.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with design and operations teams to develop and execute commissioning test plans.
Validate asset receipt to mitigate technical risks and prepare commissioning protocols for Haliade projects.
Assist back-office teams with tooling, spares, and cost analysis to optimize commissioning efficiency.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to offshore technicians and ROC, manage defects, and ensure timelines.
Lead technical and operational improvements, driving digitalization, data analytics, and EHS compliance.
Analyze data and communicate recommendations to enhance safety, quality, and performance.
Uphold quality standards, documentation, and safety adherence across projects.
Lead turbine commissioning activities autonomously, share best practices globally, and support tender processes.

What We're Looking For

Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience in Offshore Wind Farms.
Proven track record in wind turbine technical support and team leadership.
Experience with power converters, mechatronic systems, and quality tools.
Fluent in English.
