Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across multiple levels
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top engineering talent
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and team needs
- Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer stage
- Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire
- Use data to track and report on key hiring metrics
- Build relationships with underrepresented talent communities
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Coach and mentor junior recruiting team members
- Stay current on technology trends and hiring best practices
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding and integration of new hires
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Scale recruitment operations during periods of rapid growth
- Evaluate and implement new recruiting tools and technologies
