About the Role

Sprig is looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles during a pivotal stage of growth. This strategic and hands-on role is responsible for driving a high-performance process and partnering with leadership to deliver exceptional talent, building our world-class technical team.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a high-quality, efficient process that meets aggressive hiring timelines.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping for hard-to-fill and senior-level roles.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead process enhancements to improve candidate experience, interviewer calibration, and time-to-fill.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years managing full-cycle technical recruiting.
  • At least 2+ years in a high-growth startup, consistently exceeding hiring targets.
  • Expert at identifying, engaging, and closing top technical talent using multiple sourcing channels.
  • Skilled at building trust with hiring managers and executives, influencing with data, and driving alignment on hiring priorities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple high-priority searches at once while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Uses recruiting analytics to inform strategy, measure results, and iterate for better outcomes.
  • Able to craft compelling outreach, deliver clear feedback, and represent Sprig’s mission and values.
