Allianz is looking for a Lead Strategic Projects and Process Improvement Manager to drive its global Elevate transformation program. This pivotal role focuses on radically redesigning RSA customer journeys and deploying innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction and reduce costs.
What You'll Do
- Lead 1-2 major strategic initiatives within the global Elevate program aimed at radically redesigning RSA customer journeys.
- Leverage AI, digital tools, and innovative technologies to maximize customer satisfaction and reduce both internal and external cost bases.
- Act as the primary reference point for local deployments, ensuring alignment through comprehensive deployment kits and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
- Ensure project benefits are accurately reflected in PD and WFM, including cost savings and Voice of Customer (VoC) improvements.
- Monitor performance and ensure benefits are tracked post-deployment.
- Collaborate closely with regional operations leaders, RSA E2E teams, transversal functions, senior management across LoBs and Markets, Allianz Technology, and key external tech partners.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience in strategic positions within the insurance and assistance sector, managing partnerships at an operational level.
- Extensive experience in performance management, network development strategy and expansion into new markets.
- In-depth knowledge of operations, particularly in the field of assistance.
- Strong strategic vision with excellent conceptual and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
- Confident, persuasive communicator with the ability to engage senior leadership.
- Solid experience in Change Management and large-scale transformation.
