Prodapt is seeking a Lead Solution Architect- Test Manager to join our Operations department. In this role, you will report to the Operations-RPA-Project Manager and be responsible for reviewing Process Design Documents and existing solutions to propose changes for improved efficiency. A core purpose of this position is to ensure 100% SLA adherence in project management while upholding company values.
What You'll Do
- Govern and review the process of requirement gathering, performing feasibility studies and impact analyses on existing solutions.
- Drive and own code deliverables and perform R&D on new technologies to integrate with RPA solutions.
- Manage RPA servers, installation of clients, control rooms, and underlying application installation and configuration.
- Recommend the best RPA tool for current requirements and perform assessments to propose improvements and process re-engineering.
- Groom domain experts within the team through mentoring and coaching.
- Maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Review existing solutions and propose changes to improve efficiency and ensure 100% SLA adherence in project management.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- An Intermediate level of expertise in requirement gathering, coding and testing, architecture and design, domain knowledge, project management, change management, and infrastructure and maintenance.
- An Intermediate level of expertise in result orientation, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and developing others.
- An Intermediate level of knowledge in RPA tools, Microsoft Office, telecom basics, C, Java, DOT NET, Python, VBA, SQL, MY SQL, ORACLE, and API concepts.
Nice to Have
- An MSc, BE, or Masters with specialization in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects.
