EX Squared is hiring a Lead Solution Architect to shape the technical vision and architecture for our global client projects. In this remote role, you will be a key technical leader, responsible for designing robust, scalable solutions that meet complex business requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive technical solutions for client engagements.
- Develop and present detailed architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Define and evangelize architectural best practices, standards, and patterns.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on complex projects.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a solution architect or similar technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in designing and documenting enterprise-level software architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and scalability principles.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and lead architectural decisions in a remote, global context.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position. We are particularly interested in candidates based in Africa to better serve our regional client base and initiatives.
