EX Squared is looking for an Enterprise Manager to lead and grow our strategic enterprise relationships. You'll be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring their success, and aligning our services with their business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture relationships with strategic enterprise clients
- Develop and execute account growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address challenges
- Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing accounts
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in enterprise account management or client success roles
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable business solutions
