PadSplit is hiring a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive customer retention, engagement, and growth. In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer journey and build data-driven marketing programs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the lifecycle marketing strategy for PadSplit's platform.
- Build and manage automated marketing programs across the customer journey.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the impact of lifecycle initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or growth marketing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience designing and implementing automated marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategy and execution in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
