EX Squared is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee and execute key strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in coordinating complex projects and ensuring alignment across a distributed, global organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major cross-functional programs.
- Define project scope, goals, success metrics, and detailed work plans.
- Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
- Drive communication and alignment between stakeholders and team members.
- Monitor and report on program progress, performance, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs from conception to completion.
- Expertise in program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Asana).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a global, remote audience.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position designed for a global team. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple time zones in a distributed setting.
