Humana and CenterWell Pharmacy are hiring a Lead Solution Architect – Pharmacy Growth & Client Integration. In this role, you will design and integrate modern solutions that power the future of pharmacy care, leveraging cloud, APIs, and emerging technologies. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering directly with clients and internal teams to translate complex needs into actionable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Architect value-driven solutions that align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact across pharmacy growth initiatives.
• Lead integration strategy for modern technologies, ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms, APIs, and workflows.
• Engage directly with clients and partners, translating technical concepts into business outcomes and building trusted relationships.
• Collaborate across diverse systems and teams, integrating platforms and workflows to create scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
• Champion emerging technologies like AI, automation, and data platforms to improve access to affordable medications, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate patient experience.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Advise executives and influence functional strategies, exercising independent judgment on complex issues.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or 8+ years of progressive IT experience in architecture, engineering, or related technology fields.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, including enterprise-level system design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), integration technologies (API, EDI), and modern application frameworks.
• Proven ability to navigate complex client and partner ecosystems, building alignment across business and IT.
• Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complexity and influence at all levels.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, security, and risk management in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture methodologies and tools.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $142,300 - $195,700 per year.
