Unknown Company is hiring a Lead Sales & Proposals Specialist

About the Role

GE is looking for a Lead Sales & Proposals Specialist to develop complex technical and commercial offers for our Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) products in the Latin America market. You will be the pivotal link between customers, the GE sales force, and our factories, ensuring offers are competitive and aligned with customer and production capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and analyze technical and commercial inputs from the market, customers, and sales channels.
  • Consult with factory planning departments to define optimal product delivery schedules.
  • Elaborate technical and commercial offers for AIS products, collaborating with engineering, R&D, sourcing, and planning teams.
  • Define the best technical product solution in coordination with factory experts.
  • Collaborate with the AIS leader to perform the three-month production forecast for factories.
  • Follow up on submitted offers to maximize chances of success and secure purchase orders.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions with customers, ensuring alignment with the original technical and commercial proposal.
  • Transfer secured purchase orders to factories to initiate production and support the supply process.
  • Conduct technical and commercial training sessions for key customers, including site visits.
  • Prepare leadership reports analyzing country order performance and forecasting future trends.
  • Deliver technical presentations to the energy market (transmission, distribution, generation) and manage comprehensive customer profiles.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation and Control Engineering.
  • Demonstrated resilience and strong communication skills to facilitate team-based negotiations.
  • Working knowledge of High Voltage substations.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • 3+ years of experience in the energy market.
