Temple Health is seeking a Lead RMC Scheduler to play a critical role in the success of our nursing resource plan. You will drive administrative processes, manage the placement of health professionals for upcoming shifts, and serve as a key departmental resource for Nursing Administration.
What You'll Do
- Drive administrative processes for recruiting and placing health professionals for upcoming shifts to support the resource plan.
- Manage record keeping and deployment of Nursing support staff following established protocols and guidelines.
- Act as a departmental resource for the Nursing Administration for staffing-related issues.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis and work with leaders to validate information for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Provide direct assistance to the RMC manager.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- An Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.
Nice to Have
- 2 years of experience in Staffing.
- 1 year of experience in a leadership or administrative role.
- General experience managing multilevel, hospital-based staffing.
- General experience performing administrative duties.
- General experience working in a unionized environment.
