Responsibilities
- Lead global project control functions and standardize technical requirements and implementation procedures worldwide.
- Act as technical lead to define project scope, develop schedules, and oversee engineering execution for client initiatives.
- Offer technical guidance and coordinate with stakeholders including proposal teams, cost analysts, partners, clients, product engineering, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Manage direct reports with accountability for team staffing and professional growth.
- Apply advanced technical expertise and analytical skills within a specialized field to support strategic execution.
- Support junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Oversee small-scale, low-risk projects with limited resource demands.
- Facilitate understanding of technical topics and help align team members on key issues.
- Communicate performance standards and address personnel concerns when necessary.
Compensation
Base salary range: 98,400.00 - 164,000.00 USD annually. Eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
