Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design lifecycle, including user research, product flow development, wireframing, and user interface design.

- Define core design principles and guide the evolution of the organization’s design system.
- Take ownership of user research programs to inform product decisions.
- Balance diverse user needs, business goals, and technical limitations in product development.
- Draw from varied sources to create novel interaction models in finance and accounting software.
- Manage and mentor a team of product designers to support their growth and performance.
- Lead hiring and onboarding efforts for new design team members.
- Remain actively involved in crafting UX and UI solutions for key product initiatives.
