About the Role
This role involves working closely with product and engineering teams to design scalable, user-centered solutions. The designer will lead projects from concept through execution, using research and feedback to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Develop user flows and wireframes for new features
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure designs align with user needs and business goals
- Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Work within agile development cycles
- Advocate for user experience throughout the development process
- Collaborate on usability testing plans and analyze results
- Document design decisions and rationale
- Support accessibility standards in design outputs
- Stay current with industry trends and design best practices
- Contribute to team processes and design culture
- Mentor junior designers when applicable
- Participate in cross-team design reviews
- Balance user needs with technical constraints
- Drive consistency across product surfaces
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity or technical domains
- Master’s degree in design or related field

- Knowledge of motion design principles
- Familiarity with user analytics tools
