Chime is looking for a Lead Network Implementation Engineer to drive technical delivery for a major JPMC APAC branch-site initiative. You will coordinate execution across workstreams, act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, and ensure deployment velocity in this remote role.
What You'll Do
- Own technical execution for assigned rollout waves and site groups.
- Lead implementation planning, task sequencing, and readiness validation.
- Act as primary escalation for troubleshooting and blocker removal.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to maintain velocity.
- Ensure documentation quality and consistent standards across engineers.
- Mentor and guide engineers while ensuring adherence to change and control processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience with rollout/refresh leadership exposure.
- CCNA certification is required.
- Proven ability to lead technical delivery in multi-site programs.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to run calls, drive action items, and align teams.
Nice to Have
- CCNP certification strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with wireless and edge technologies like Cradlepoint, cellular, SD-WAN, and branch architectures.
- Experience coordinating onboarding and ramp-up for large teams.
