MSM Technology, LLC is seeking a Lead Network & Cloud Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority and architectural owner for a hybrid network environment. You will be directly responsible for translating strategic goals into a secure, resilient, and high-performing network built on Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure.

What You'll Do

Act as the ultimate subject matter expert for all Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure networking components.
Design, document, and maintain a secure network architecture aligned with zero-trust principles for corporate and AV networks.
Provide expert-level guidance on technology upgrades, system concepts, and forecasting.
Serve as the final escalation point for all Priority 1 and complex multi-system network incidents, performing advanced root cause analysis.
Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Azure cloud networking, including Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, and Azure Firewall.
Manage and troubleshoot hybrid connectivity, including VPN connections to Azure/AWS and Microsoft Direct Connect.
Implement and manage Azure Firewall policies and rule sets, conducting periodic rule reviews to ensure a robust security posture.
Oversee the integration of Azure network security logs with the client's SIEM, Azure Sentinel.
Lead the implementation of advanced AIOps and machine learning capabilities for proactive monitoring and failure prediction.
Oversee disaster recovery capabilities, including validation of automated configuration backups.
Assess and recommend improvements for network redundancies across all critical components.
Validate all hybrid connectivity paths and dependency chains following changes or incidents.
Create and maintain high-level technical documentation, including topology diagrams and dependency maps.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other members of the network support team.
Contribute key technical data and analysis for monthly and quarterly performance reports.

What We're Looking For

Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure networking.
Deep experience designing secure, segmented network architectures aligned with zero-trust principles.
Proven ability to lead the design, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex hybrid cloud networks.
Strong experience with Azure Firewall policy management, VPN connectivity, and network security log integration.
Demonstrated leadership in incident escalation, root cause analysis, and providing mentorship.
Excellent documentation skills for architecture diagrams and technical procedures.
