Workstate seeks a Lead Native Android Developer to provide hands-on agile technical leadership for a team dedicated to building robust and efficient Android applications. Provide hands-on agile technical leadership for a team developing robust Android applications using Kotlin.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of professional Android development experience with a strong focus on Java and Kotlin.
Deep understanding of Android app architecture, design patterns, and UI/UX principles.
Proficiency in developing applications using Android SDK, Android Studio, and related frameworks.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings.
A track record as a technical leader with teamwide impact.
Experience leading development teams in an agile context.
