Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications using Kotlin
- Build and enhance features for the mobile Health Coach platform
- Create scalable Android architectures using modern development patterns
- Integrate mobile apps with backend services, APIs, and AI systems
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces for engaging mobile experiences
- Optimize app performance, stability, and responsiveness
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver meaningful features
- Engage in technical planning, architectural design, and code reviews
- Help establish and refine mobile engineering standards and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional Android development experience
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin programming
- Proven experience building and releasing production Android applications
- Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs
- Solid understanding of modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM
- Familiarity with modern Android tools and Jetpack libraries
- Strong debugging skills and experience resolving live production issues
- Experience developing consumer-facing mobile applications
- Ability to adapt and deliver in fast-paced environments with changing requirements

Compensation
Base compensation for this role is expected to range from $196,000 to $225,000. The total offer includes salary, performance bonus, equity, 401(k), and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
