Truelogic Software is looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer (GenAI & Multimodal Systems) to spearhead the development of next-generation AI solutions. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of production-ready generative AI and multimodal systems at our digital innovation agency, guiding a team to integrate complex models across multiple media types.
What You'll Do
- Architect, develop, and deploy multimodal generative AI systems for text-to-image, image-to-text, text-to-video, and audio-visual applications.
- Lead implementation of vision architectures including diffusion models, vision transformers, and multimodal embedding frameworks.
- Design and optimize systems integrating LLMs with visual and audio modalities.
- Build scalable multimodal retrieval systems using vector databases and similarity search.
- Develop end-to-end pipelines for text generation, image synthesis, video generation, and audio/speech synthesis.
- Mentor and lead ML engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Build and maintain Python libraries and internal ML tooling.
- Communicate multimodal AI concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of ML engineering experience.
- 2+ years specializing in generative AI or multimodal systems.
- Proven experience deploying multimodal generative AI systems to production.
- Strong expertise in diffusion models, vision transformers, and multimodal embeddings.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and their integration with visual/audio modalities.
- Experience building multimodal retrieval systems and working with vector databases.
- Production experience across multiple generative modalities (text, image, video, audio/speech).
- Leadership experience mentoring ML engineers and data scientists.
- Advanced proficiency in PyTorch and HuggingFace (Transformers, Diffusers).
- Strong Python engineering skills for ML tooling.
- Excellent communication skills.
