Reos GmbH is hiring a Lead IT & Support (m/w/d) to spearhead our internal technology and support operations. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, serving as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Lead an interdisciplinary team from IT, Support, and DevOps and support your team in prioritizing tasks.
• Take responsibility for internal IT support (1st & 2nd Level) and ensure fast, reliable help with technical issues.
• Maintain our IT infrastructure including MDM and Helpdesk to be stable, secure, and future-proof.
• Continuously analyze existing IT and support processes and implement targeted optimizations to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate technical requirements with the DevOps team and contribute to standardizing the infrastructure.
• Further develop guidelines, processes, and security standards and ensure their compliance in daily operations.
• Plan and manage IT projects, be responsible for the IT budget as well as license and asset management.
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and ensure transparent communication.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in leading IT or support teams.
• Very good technical understanding in the areas of DevOps, IT operations, and support.
• Proficient use of modern IT tools and cloud environments such as Azure AD, Jira, or Intune.
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and willingness to pitch in when necessary.
• Professional communication skills in both German and English.
