Medialine EuroTrade AG is looking for an IT Administrator (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering IT environments within the Microsoft ecosystem for both internal and customer systems, providing user support, and ensuring high availability. This position offers a clear development path towards an IT Consultant role.
What You'll Do
- Administer IT environments in the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Client & Server) for internal and customer systems.
- Provide user support, including the setup and maintenance of client infrastructure (Microsoft Active Directory).
- Process service requests within the service desk framework.
- Administer, maintain, and ensure the availability of customer IT systems, primarily remote but also onsite in Berlin and the surrounding area.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in IT or completed vocational training (IT-System-Electronics Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration) with initial professional experience.
- Hands-on experience in administering and operating IT solutions, preferably from manufacturers like Microsoft (Server & Client OS), VMware, and the Dell Server Portfolio.
- An independent, team-oriented work style with a high willingness to learn.
- Confident demeanor and a service-oriented approach.

This is a hybrid position based in Berlin and the surrounding area. The role involves both remote work and on-site activities at our offices and customer locations.
