Clutch is seeking a Lead Implementation Engineer to set clients up for long-term success by managing the technical implementation of our platform. In this role, you will act as a technical post-sale consultant, driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch’s products.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for customers.
- Drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch’s platform.
- Gather requirements and build out the platform to customer specifications.
- Work with customers to test and ensure the platform works as intended.
- Lead client projects independently to get customers live and realizing value.
- Help improve team documentation, processes, and develop new tools to improve efficiency.
- Become a subject matter expert in specific areas of the platform.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a startup environment.
- 2+ years of professional experience integrating with web APIs.
- Ability to read, write, and understand code in multiple programming languages.
- Knowledge of Python, JSON, GitHub, and terminal usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
- Self-starter with the ability to assess, troubleshoot, and work autonomously to solve complex problems.
- Superior time management skills to manage multiple external customers simultaneously.
- A passion for working with people, paired with proactive communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern web frameworks like React or Node.js.
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
