About the Role
This role leads the technical implementation of client projects, bridging engineering and customer needs to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient deployments within agreed timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of software platforms for key clients
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to define project scope
- Translate client requirements into technical implementation plans
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Serve as primary technical contact during onboarding phases
- Configure and customize systems to meet client specifications
- Troubleshoot integration issues with third-party services
- Document technical workflows and handover procedures
- Ensure data migration accuracy and security
- Conduct technical training sessions for client teams
- Monitor project health and escalate risks proactively
- Optimize implementation processes for efficiency
- Work with security teams to meet compliance standards
- Validate system performance post-deployment
- Gather feedback to inform product improvements
- Mentor junior implementation specialists
- Develop client-specific API integrations
- Review contracts for technical feasibility
- Coordinate with support teams for transition to operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities
- Participate in product roadmap discussions
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements
- Use project management tools to track progress
- Standardize deployment checklists and templates
- Drive post-implementation review sessions
