Concentrix is seeking a Lead Generator for the High Tech Industry to drive sales opportunities by generating and qualifying leads. In this role, you will focus on improving data quality within prioritized accounts, supporting marketing activities, and delivering actionable leads to the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Work on prioritized accounts (RAD quadrant) for MM/CEP to improve segmentation data in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC.
- Follow up on events and online demand, manage lead qualification, and deliver quality data to sales.
- Support lead generation by running local promotional offers, including stock cleaning, bundles, and new products.
- Profile customer contact details to improve data quality and system segmentation.
- Transform unqualified leads into qualified leads, ideally BANT-qualified or at least profiled.
- Cooperate with country marketing team members on post-activity lead generation, such as updating customer details.
- Cooperate without overlap in telemarketing projects to create qualified opportunities for ISRs and telesales.
- Cooperate with telesales and sales teams for lead handovers and follow-ups into opportunities.

- Proficient or bilingual in German.
