Concentrix is hiring a Lead Generator

This role is central to driving lead generation and ensuring high-quality data flow within the sales and marketing ecosystem. As a Lead Generator, you will act as a bridge between marketing initiatives and sales execution, identifying and qualifying high-potential leads within targeted market segments. You will leverage tools like Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC to manage lead data, improve segmentation, and support campaign effectiveness. Your work directly impacts sales conversion rates by ensuring that only well-qualified, profiled leads are handed over to sales teams. In addition to lead qualification, you will support promotional campaigns, enhance customer data accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing outputs with sales expectations. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, fluency in German, and a proactive mindset oriented toward continuous improvement in lead quality and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize accounts within the MM/CEP segments using the RAD quadrant to enhance segmentation accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC.
  • Track and manage follow-up activities for events and online demand, ensuring leads are properly qualified and transferred as high-quality data to sales teams.
  • Execute local promotional initiatives such as stock clearance offers, bundled product deals, and new product launches to drive lead generation.
  • Enhance customer data quality by profiling contact details for MM and CEP accounts, contributing to improved segmentation and targeting.
  • Convert unqualified leads into qualified or at least profiled leads, ensuring alignment with BANT criteria where possible.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to support post-campaign activities, including updating customer contact information and refining lead profiles.
  • Support telemarketing efforts by generating qualified opportunities for ISRs or telesales without duplicating ongoing activities.
  • Coordinate with telesales and sales teams during lead handovers and track progression into sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluency or bilingual proficiency in German is required.
  • Advanced-level English language skills are mandatory.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales processes or prior experience in a sales-related role.
  • Strong interest in both sales and technology industries.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and systems for data management and reporting.
  • Reliable work ethic with a focus on meeting targets and honoring commitments.
