Responsibilities

  • Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments: Architects & interior designers
  • Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments: Developers
  • Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments: Hospitality operators
  • Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments: High-end residential projects
  • Conduct structured outbound outreach
  • Add and maintain all leads in the company CRM system before outreach
  • Qualify leads based on: Budget
  • Qualify leads based on: Authority
  • Qualify leads based on: Need
  • Qualify leads based on: Timeline
  • Initiate conversations and move prospects toward a meeting
  • Book qualified meetings directly into the sales team’s calendar
  • Ensure complete and accurate handover notes for each booked meeting
  • Track performance and continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound sales
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily activity targets

Additional Information

  • Role is focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting, not closing deals
  • Target clients include architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality operators, and high-end residential projects
  • Must maintain all leads in the company CRM system before outreach
  • Must ensure complete and accurate handover notes for each booked meeting
  • Performance tracking and continuous improvement of outreach messaging and targeting is expected
  • Daily activity targets are part of the role expectations
