DreamHire.com is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our business growth through strategic social media outreach. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers via targeted campaigns and direct interactions on Facebook and Instagram.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Conduct direct outreach through DMs, comments, and story interactions to engage prospects
- Research and identify potential customers using social media tools and competitor analysis
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lead quality
- Maintain prospect lists and follow up with leads through the sales funnel
- Create engaging content that attracts and converts target audiences
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in social media marketing and lead generation
- Proven success with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Business tools
- Strong written communication and messaging skills
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make improvements
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills
- B2B or B2C sales background
