Bosun is hiring a part-time contractor Lead Generation & Corporate Outreach Specialist to expand our corporate partnerships in Kentucky. In this role, you will be the primary driver of outbound outreach to businesses and HR professionals, securing corporate stays, relocations, and extended assignments for our short-term rental properties.

What You'll Do

• Conduct strategic outbound outreach to corporations and HR professionals to introduce our housing solutions.
• Set appointments with decision-makers to explore corporate partnership opportunities.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships to drive corporate and extended-stay bookings.
• Ensure properties are listed on designated booking platforms and maintain accurate, up-to-date availability calendars.
• Assist with light marketing efforts, including newsletters and follow-up communications.
• Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and partnership activity.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in lead generation, outbound business development, or corporate outreach.
• Comfortable initiating professional conversations and building long-term business relationships.
• Organized and detail-oriented, particularly with managing listings and calendars across platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• A hospitality mindset and an understanding of how to position service-based solutions to companies.
• Familiarity with corporate housing, short-term rentals, or the hospitality industry.

Work Mode

This is a part-time contractor position that is fully remote. Candidates should be located within the CST or EST time zones.
