HighLevel is seeking a Lead Engineer for our Contacts product, a central component of our CRM platform. You will lead the technical direction and development of this critical product area in a fully remote capacity from India.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of the Contacts product.
- Own the technical architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Mentor and collaborate with engineers across the CRM domain.
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to define the roadmap and technical strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading engineering for a product or significant feature area.
- Strong background in backend systems, data modeling, and API design.
- Ability to drive technical decisions and advocate for best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, thriving in a remote, collaborative environment.
Work Mode
