CVS Health is looking for a Lead Director, Health Care Delivery Technology to provide strategic leadership for our digital product development. In this role, you will manage a team responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful launches that align with our mission of building a world of health around every consumer.
What You'll Do
- Develop and mentor a high-performing digital product team, providing direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market demands.
- Control the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
- Communicate strategically with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing for seamless coordination.
- Advise management on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Engage with key stakeholders like executive leadership and customers to gather feedback and communicate updates.
- Direct resources to analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data for data-driven decisions.
- Manage a team of product managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Advocate for the digital product portfolio internally and externally, representing the company at industry events.
