About the Role

CVS Health is looking for a Lead Director, Health Care Delivery Technology to provide strategic leadership for our digital product development. In this role, you will manage a team responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful launches that align with our mission of building a world of health around every consumer.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing digital product team, providing direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market demands.
  • Control the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
  • Communicate strategically with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing for seamless coordination.
  • Advise management on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Engage with key stakeholders like executive leadership and customers to gather feedback and communicate updates.
  • Direct resources to analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data for data-driven decisions.
  • Manage a team of product managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Advocate for the digital product portfolio internally and externally, representing the company at industry events.

  • 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting initiatives.

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Mastery of a growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others.

  • Compensation Range: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 + equity award target.
