The role centers on outbound engagement with small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and unattended market segments using phone, email, and LinkedIn.. Lead qualification and follow-up are managed through Salesforce and outreach tools to ensure timely progression and handoff to sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and advance opportunities driven by partners to increase win rates and reduce sales cycle length.
- Work closely with partners and channel managers to ensure smooth deal progression.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including follow-up on older opportunities.
- Close or assign opportunities based on defined sales stages and value criteria.
- Deliver structured feedback to improve the quality of leads provided by partners.
- Develop and document effective workflows and best practices for collaboration in pilot markets.
- Coordinate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to manage and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Ensure prompt follow-up and correct routing of MQLs from BDRs.
- Proactively reach out to new prospects in SMB and unattended segments using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Research target accounts to identify decision-makers, customer needs, and buying triggers.
- Customize outreach messages to highlight relevant solutions and value propositions for SMBs.
- Run outbound sales campaigns aligned with regional and product-specific goals.
- Create recovery and sales plans in coordination with local sales and channel teams.
- Track and analyze key metrics including lead conversion, opportunity progression, and aging.
- Ensure seamless handover of opportunities to account managers or inside sales with full context.
Requirements
- Fluent or bilingual proficiency in French is required.
- Advanced command of English is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales, preferably in high-tech, SaaS, or B2B settings.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and delivering sales presentations.
- History of exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Confident and effective in both inbound and outbound phone sales with strong communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable discussing technical products and concepts.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with outreach automation tools such as Outreach or Salesloft.
- Analytical thinking combined with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving individual and team targets.
- Adaptable and collaborative in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills in pipeline, time, and task management.
