EX Squared is hiring a Lead Designer to own the end-to-end user experience and visual design for our digital products. You will be responsible for setting the design vision, establishing processes, and ensuring a high-quality, cohesive user experience across our platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead and own the entire product design lifecycle, from research and concept to final execution.
- Define and champion the design vision, strategy, and principles across all product teams.
- Establish, document, and evangelize design processes, systems, and best practices.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Ensure design quality and consistency by conducting reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to ship polished, user-centric experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional experience in product design, with a focus on digital products.
- Proven experience leading design for complex products from discovery to launch.
- Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in user experience, visual design, and interaction design.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for B2B or enterprise-level SaaS products.
- Background in creating or contributing to a design system.
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will collaborate with a distributed team and must be adept at asynchronous communication.
