1000heads is looking for a Freelance Motion Designer to create standout work for a global B2B tech brand. You will craft versatile templates and content that works across different regions, spanning 2D/3D motion and video. This is a remote role supporting a Berlin-based social team.
What You'll Do
- Craft versatile templates and content across regions, spanning 2D/3D motion, video, and other mediums.
- Own creative ideation and design thinking, on your own or as part of a team.
- Deliver storyboards, campaign look & feel visuals, and final assets on time and on brand.
- Stay up-to-date with social platforms and industry trends.
- Liaise with team members, client service, and community teams to deliver projects collaboratively.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years design background within Social Media.
- Strong knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics).
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good to excellent understanding of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Intrapreneurial, team-player approach with a can-do attitude.
- Passion for the work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to understand the styles of a range of brands.
Nice to Have
- Creative/social media agency experience.
- Ability to work with and understand design nuances in different languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French).
- Working knowledge of German.
- Design degree or equivalent.
