About the Role

tvScientific, a Pinterest company, is hiring a Sr. Designer, Brand & Marketing. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will lead the design and execution of high-impact creative to elevate our brand and bring marketing to life across all channels. You'll be a concept-driven designer responsible for evolving our visual identity and owning creative from campaigns to sales enablement.

What You'll Do

  • Evolve and maintain tvScientific’s visual identity across all channels.
  • Develop design systems, templates, and guidelines to ensure brand consistency at scale.
  • Own conceptualization of Tier 1 campaign creative and deliver key visuals including video assets, landing page assets, ad creative, and social graphics.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to create high-quality materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Support web design needs, including landing pages, site graphics, product storytelling visuals, and other digital assets.
  • Design assets for events, including booth graphics, signage, handouts, presentation templates, and merch.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to bring thought leadership to life visually through report design, data storytelling, and webinar visuals.
  • Work closely with external agencies and freelance designers to deliver polished, on-brand final work.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, campaign creative, and digital design.
  • Expert-level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing business-facing marketing materials.
  • Experience managing outside agencies and/or freelancers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ad tech, marketing tech, or performance marketing.
  • Motion design skills.
  • Illustration or iconography experience.
  • Experience with web design and collaborating with developers.
  • Experience using Asana.

  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite

You will collaborate closely with marketing and other areas of the business.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $98,561—$202,918 USD
  • Eligible for equity

This is a hybrid role based in the United States.
